Techfluid provides industrial hoses, oil and gas pipelines and conveyor belts for different fluid applications across a wide range of industries. The following shows how Techfluid products are manufactured and how product quality is assured.
Techfluid is equipped with 50+ pieces of production equipment such as intelligent rubber banbury mixers, batching systems, automatic hose production lines, hose winding machines, high speed knitting machines, CNC machine centers, etc. We have different workshop sections specialized for various products. Our rubber banbury mixing workshop has a yearly output of 7000 tons of composite rubber. 400,000 meters of low pressure rubber hose is produced in our hose manufacturing workshop. 500,000 m2 of conveyor belts are produced per year in that workshop.
We utilize professional testing centers and mature quality control systems. Our equipment includes FSL2 pulse pressure test machines operating in API 7K standard, dynamic pulse pressure testing benches, moving die rheometer and more than 30 other pieces of testing equipment to make sure our products maintain the highest quality and best performance. The following are some typical pieces of inspection equipment.
This inspection machine is mainly performing pulse fatigue tests on high pressure hoses and end fittings to examine the fatigue lifespan and fracture form of products.
This is a pulse pressure testing machine for hydraulic rubber hoses in static and dynamic motions like bending, rotating, etc.
This equipment can simulate environmental conditions such as those in offshore platforms to perform fatigue tests on hoses and end fittings.
The industrial endoscope allows visual inspection inside the product. The industrial endoscope can be used to record or take pictures inside the product during inspection, and performs quantitative analysis on the visual data.
The 20T tension tester with multiple functions can perform various property tests on products such as tension, compression, bending, cutting, tearing, peeling, etc. The tension tester is widely used to examine materials like plastic sheet boards, tubes, profiles, electric wires, cables, steel plates and more.
The moving die rheometer is an important quality management device for plastic quality assurance, and it gives out accurate data for optimum rubber formula analyzing, such as scorch time, optimal cure time, scorch index, maximum and minimum torque, etc.
