Internal Mixer Rubber Hose

Structure
The internal and external layers of internal mix flexible hoses both adopt synthetic rubber which is warp and weather aging resistant. The framework is composed of dipped chemical fiber cord.

Applications
1. Rubber hoses without flange rubber are suitable for powder transportation. This kind of mixer hoses has adopted twin-pipe pneumatic conveying system with high pressure at a low speed. After fluidized in pneumatic tank, materials are well-distributed transmitted to conveying pipe, waiting for driving conveyance to storage tank.
2. Rubber Hoses with flange rubber are usually applied in full-automatic annular small chemical batching system for transmission of small amount of materials.
