Flexible Drift Hose

The flexible drift hose is mainly used to deliver fluids such as low sulfur mediums, acidic mediums, fluids containing aromatic hydrocarbons, and is also used to deliver, circulate, and drift gas.

Allowed hydrogen sulfide concentration: No more than 3000 ppm at 60°C, no more than 1000 ppm at 100°C
Maximum Length: 70m
Production Length Tolerance: 6.4m or under ± 64 mm, above 6.4m ± 1％;
The minimum bending radius is measured according to the hose central line.

Construction:
  • Stainless-steel skeleton as the inner layer
  • Composite rubber mainly composed of hydrogenated butadiene acrylonitrile rubber as the tube sealing layer, hydrogen sulfide resistant, oil and corrosive resistant, thermal insulation
  • High strength fabric cloth as the inner cushion layer and protective layer
  • High strength steel wire as the skeleton layer
  • Glass fiber cloth as the fire protective layer
  • Chloroprene composite rubber as the outer protective layer, fire resistant, oil and abrasive resistant, ozone resistant, UV protection, anti-aging
