Application
Roller compaction food hose is a type of high quality flexible hose for food, medicine, and cosmetics transportation uses. The roller compaction food hose is designed with a specific anti-rolling compaction structure to protect the hose from damage if run over by vehicles or other heavy objects. The special helix wire and rubber protection design makes it suitable for severe conditions so that it retains its shape after harsh rolling compaction.
Advantages:
- ≥ 80% restoration rate after car compaction or other severe conditions.
- White, smooth, good grade inner tube with no odor, effectively eliminating bacteria growth.
- Excellent flexibility, anti-twist, abrasive resistance, weather-proof, anti-aging, etc.
- Steam sterilizing or using detergent under +130℃.
Construction:
- Tube: White, smooth, no strange odor, food grade NBR rubber with excellent oil resistance, 100% non-plasticizer (chemical name: phthalate);
- Reinforcement: Multiple plies of polyester tire cord;
- Cover: Oil resistant, ozone resistant, abrasive and UV protective NBR rubber;
Temperature Range:
-30℃ ~+80℃（Max. 20 minutes in steam temperature <130℃）
Applicable Standards:
FDA 21 CFR 177.2600; LFGB standard; GB 31604-2016
