High Pressure Rubber Cement Hose

As the name indicates, this kind of rubber cement hoses can bear high pressure. This high pressure rubber hose is constituted with 4 layers. The inner seal layer adopts synthetic rubber which is wear, oil, and heat resisting. The framework is made of steel wire rope with high strength. Nylon canvas is used as lining layer. The material of external protective layer is another kind of synthetic rubber which effectively resists aging, oil and abrasion.

Applications
This high pressure rubber cement hose functions as a flexible connection between cementing pump and overhead drilling system. For example, it can be used to convey cement paste at high pressure in well cementation of ocean and land drilling.
