Fire Rated Tensioner Hose

Our Fire Rated Tensioner Hose has 5 layers. The framework is made of steel wire rope with high strength. The inner seal layer adopts oil resisting synthetic rubber. Nylon canvas is used as lining layer and external protective layer. Stainless steel spiral cover also belongs to lining layer. And the material of external protective layer for these fire resistant hoses adopts another kind of synthetic rubber which effectively resists aging, oil and abrasion. Moreover, a layer for fireproofing is added.

Applications
Fire resistant hose is commonly matched with drilling riser tensioners for deepwater drilling platform. These rubber hoses are used in hydraulic oil transportation to compensate for the fluctuation length of the drill.
