Decoking Hose

Decoking Hoses are widely applied in decoking system to carry high pressure water in refineries. The framework of this product is made of high strength steel wire rope, and the seal layer is made of synthetic rubber which is abrasion, oil, and heat resisting. Nylon canvas of these coke removal rubber hoses is used both in inner lining and external protective layer. Besides, another kind of synthetic rubber which resists aging, oil and abrasion is also adopted in the external protective layer.

According to the technological design of the refinery, we have two types of coke removal rubber hoses for choice. Type I is suitable for no derrick technology while type II is suitable for technology with derrick. Type I can help extend the operational lifetime of the decoking system and increase working pressure. When instantaneous value of the work pressure is high, coke removal hoses of type I is preferable. Besides, type I has a larger loading capability.
