Roof Drain Hose

The roof drain hose is placed inside the oil tank and is usually dipped in oil to allow for a rainwater discharge from the roof to either a tank or the ground.

Application:

The floating roof is a roof drain hose system used to collect rainwater and discharge the water to the tank or ground. The roof rain hose is applicable for different pH solutions, chemical products, and 100% aromatic hydrocarbon.

The roof drain hose system is composed of the rubber hose and end fittings, such as flange parts, chains, ballast and other components.

Construction:
  • Tube: Black and smooth chrome/ butadiene rubber
  • Reinforcement: High strength fabric cord and helix steel wire
  • Cover: fluorine-containing aromatics up to 100% concentration; NBR-containing aromatics up to 50% concentration
  • Max. temperature: + 82ºC, optional SS302 stainless steel protective cover.

Multiple loops in duplicate layout forms The hoses move using a linear device to avoid contact with other objects inside the oil tank.
