Chemical delivery hoses are designed to deliver corrosive chemical products, petroleum products, and oil products, and are also used to deliver acidic and chemical products with a concentration up to 98%.
The chemical suction and delivery hose is suitable for most corrosive chemical solvents, alcohol suction and delivery, and transportation of acidic and chemical products with concentrations up to 98%.
This acid delivery hose is designed to transfer acid solutions at temperatures less than 80℃, such as sulfuric acid with a concentration less than 40%, 30% concentrated hydrochloric acid or lower, 15% concentration sodium hydroxide solution or lower and other chemical solutions in similar concentrations (not including nitric acid).
The acid and alkali delivery hose is designed to deliver chemical solutions at room temperature, such as sulfuric acid in less than 40% concentration, hydrochloric acid in less than 30% concentration, 15% sodium hydroxide solution or lower, and other chemical solutions in similar concentrations (not including nitric acid).
Lightweight sulfuric acid chemical hoses are designed to deliver sulfuric acid with less than 40% concentration in room temperature, as well as hydrochloric acid in less than 30% concentration, 15% sodium hydroxide solution or lower, and other chemical solutions in similar concentrations (not including nitric acid).
Acid suction hoses are designed to suck and discharge acid solutions such as sulfuric acid at no higher than 40% concentration, 30% hydrochloric acid, 15% sodium hydroxide solution and other diluted acid and alkali solutions with similar concentrations (not including nitric acid). The negative pressure is -0.9 bar.
The heat resistant acid suction hose is designed to deliver chemical solutions lower than 80℃, ad features an excellent thermal insulation. Examples include sulfuric acid in less than 40% concentration, hydrochloric acid in less than 30% concentration, 15% sodium hydroxide solution or lower, and other chemical solutions in similar concentrations (not including nitric acid). The maximum negative pressure reaches -0.9 bar.
